Fresh Car Express
Effective Date: April 21, 2025
This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is entered into between Fresh Car Express (“FCE”), located in Calgary, Alberta, and the customer (“Client”) receiving vehicle detailing services. By scheduling and receiving services from FCE, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Business Location and Scope of Services
Fresh Car Express provides vehicle detailing services at the following location:

2. Booking an Appointment
Appointments can be made through the following channels:

Appointment times are subject to availability and will only be confirmed once verified by FCE. FCE reserves the right to refuse any appointments that do not meet service availability.
3. Client Responsibilities Before Service
Clients are responsible for the following:
Removal of all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items from their vehicle prior to service.
Fresh Car Express will not be held liable for any lost or damaged personal property left in the vehicle.
The vehicle must be in a condition suitable for detailing. Vehicles that are excessively soiled, hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable for standard cleaning techniques may incur additional fees or be refused service at FCE’s discretion.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service.
Accepted payment methods include Cash, Debit, and Credit Cards.
If a payment is declined, the Client agrees to provide an alternative payment method within 48 hours. Failure to resolve payment issues within this timeframe may result in the Client’s account being sent to collections.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at no charge up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
If the Client cancels or reschedules with 6 to 24 hours’ notice, a $40 fee will be charged to compensate FCE.
If the Client cancels or reschedules with less than 6 hours’ notice, or fails to show up, the full service fee (up to $200) will be charged to compensate FCE.
Missed appointments may result in the Client losing future booking privileges or incurring additional fees.
6. Service Limitations and Liabilities
All detailing services are performed at the Client’s own risk.
Fresh Car Express is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to the vehicle’s paint, upholstery, or systems.
Damage resulting from cleaning products or techniques on surfaces with existing defects or fragile components.
Weather-related incidents or delays affecting the service.
Biohazard Surcharge: A minimum 20% surcharge applies to services involving the cleaning of vehicles contaminated with urine, vomit, feces, blood, or other biohazardous materials.
7. Service Modifications and Extra Charges
Fresh Car Express reserves the right to:
Reschedule or modify services due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, staffing issues, equipment failure, or stall availability.
Charge an additional $50/hour (or prorated) for services that exceed the originally agreed scope or that require additional time.
Refuse service if the vehicle poses a health or safety risk to staff or the facility.
8. Satisfaction and Service Guarantee
If the Client believes that the service was incomplete or unsatisfactory, Fresh Car Express will:
Re-perform the unsatisfactory portion of the service at no additional cost to the Client.
All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion via:

Proof of dissatisfaction, including photos, must be provided to the Company for claims to be processed.
9. Promotions, Coupons, and Referrals
Promotions and referral credits cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless otherwise stated.
Referral programs are only valid for first-time customers who use a referral link provided by an existing customer.
Fraudulent use of referral codes, self-referrals, or any misrepresentation of Fresh Car Express services will result in:
Cancellation of referral credits.
Disqualification from future promotions.
Legal action in cases of fraudulent activity.
10. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
By scheduling and receiving services from Fresh Car Express, the Client:
Acknowledges full responsibility for the condition of their vehicle and any existing issues that could affect the detailing process.
Releases Fresh Car Express and its sole proprietor from any claims for damage to the vehicle, its components, or other parts of the car caused by normal detailing procedures.
Waives any liability for damages caused by hidden defects in the vehicle or by cleaning techniques used on fragile surfaces or pre-existing damages.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate court within that jurisdiction.
12. Updates and Amendments
Fresh Car Express reserves the right to update this Agreement without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on https://freshcarexpress.com.
By booking and accepting service from Fresh Car Express, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement.
